Backend Development and Zoho CRM Integration

My goal is to pull every stage of our Solar Solutions Network (SSN) pipeline into one friction-free experience built on Zoho. Here is what I need brought to life:

• Backend & Dashboard
A secure, scalable dashboard must collect every incoming lead, present real-time analytics on lead conversion rates, lead source tracking, and overall sales performance, and let me filter or export data with ease.

• SRM Portals
Each Sales Relationship Manager gets a personal portal that:
– tracks a unique referral code automatically
– lets them manage the leads they generate
– stores the latest marketing materials they’re cleared to use

• Zoho Ecosystem Integration
– Website forms feed directly into Zoho CRM and Zoho Forms, with Zoho Mail handling notifications.
– Zoho Recruit is customized to screen and manage SRM applicants.
– The existing Baltai Energy CRM module is configured and branded to match our guide (fonts, colour values, logo usage, email templates, page layouts, buttons).

• Online Solar Calculator
The calculator must deliver accurate energy-savings estimates, cost comparisons, and fully customizable inputs, then pass the resulting lead data back into Zoho. Current bugs need fixing before launch.

• Website Readiness
All forms must work everywhere, desktop and mobile. Mobile optimisation issues on the main site should be resolved alongside the calculator fixes.

• Automation
I want an email sequence that welcomes SRM applicants, moves them through each hiring stage in Zoho Recruit, and a separate drip for every new SSN lead—both sequences triggering automatically from the relevant forms.

I will consider the project complete when each component is deployed in my live Zoho environment, fully branded, tested end-to-end, and demonstrates the analytics outlined above.
