Automotive Parts E-commerce Site Build

I want to launch a streamlined online store for automotive parts, taking www.sparesbox.com.au as the design and UX benchmark but at a smaller scale. My catalogue will start just above 200 SKUs and should be easy to expand over time.

Key functions I must have from day one are:
• Advanced product search filters so customers can drill down by make, model, year and part category.
• Live-chat support integrated natively into every page so we can guide buyers in real time.

The rest of the storefront needs to follow standard best-practice for Australian e-commerce: responsive design, intuitive checkout, support for local payment gateways and real-time shipping calculations. A clean admin panel for bulk product import/export is essential because I’ll update inventory frequently.

Deliverables
• Fully deployed site on my hosting (or a hosted platform transferred to my accounts).
• Functional search-filter system populated with example data I can replicate.
• Live-chat widget configured and tested.
• Brief hand-over guide (text or video) covering product uploads, order processing and basic maintenance.

Acceptance criteria: desktop load time under three seconds, filter results accurate on the first query, checkout flow free of errors, and chat widget reliably connects across devices.
