Automated Test Booking System
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
The objective of this project is to design, develop, and deploy a fully automated driving test slot booking system that continuously monitors the official website for available and cancelled driving test slots and automatically reserves suitable slots based on predefined client criteria.
The system will automate the entire booking process from slot detection up to the payment confirmation page, where the process will pause for manual payment authorization unless auto-booking mode is enabled.
2. Scope of System Capabilities
The system must provide the following core functionalities:
24/7 Automated Monitoring
Continuous scanning of driving test availability and cancellations.
Instant Slot Capture
Automated booking attempts within 0–5 seconds of a slot becoming available.
Multi-Client Support
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously from a single admin dashboard without data overlap.
Smart Error Recovery
Automated recovery from common technical issues including rate limits, session timeouts, and page load errors (target: 90%+ recovery success).
Real-Time Notifications
WhatsApp notifications at all critical stages (slot found, booking in progress, CAPTCHA required, booking completed, errors).
Web-Based Admin Panel
Centralized control panel for monitoring jobs, clients, logs, and system health in real time.
Portal For Customers
Portal for customers to see their details and the status of their booking and payment and they can change any criteria if they needed.
One Click Stop
There is need to be option so we can stop the bot any time we need to.
