Automated Onboarding & Agreement Generator
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to replace my current manual client-intake routine with a fully automated onboarding flow that works seamlessly on both web and mobile. The experience should guide a new user from first click all the way to receiving two auto-generated PDFs: a signed engagement agreement and a personalised welcome letter.
Core flow
1. Capture user details through clean, step-by-step forms. Mandatory fields will cover standard personal information and a few custom additions.
2. Allow the client to upload a recent utility bill and a bank reference letter (PDF or image). All uploads must be stored securely and be retrievable for compliance review.
3. Present the engagement agreement for live e-signature (DocuSign, Adobe Sign or any equally reliable embedded solution). Once signed, lock the document and save an immutable copy.
4. Instantly compile the completed data into a templated welcome letter and email both documents to the client and to my admin inbox.
Technical notes & acceptance criteria
• Responsive front end so the same URL works flawlessly on desktop browsers and modern iOS/Android devices.
• Server-side logic may run on PHP, Node, Python or another mainstream stack—choose whatever lets you deliver quickly and keep maintenance simple.
• All traffic, uploads and generated files must move over HTTPS and reside in encrypted storage.
• Admin dashboard (even a lean one) to view submissions, download files, and resend documents if needed.
• Go-live only when the whole workflow—form fill, file upload, e-signature, PDF generation, confirmation emails—runs error-free end to end.
Hand-off expectations
• Source code in a Git repo.
• README with deployment instructions and environment variables.
• Two templates (engagement agreement and welcome letter) ready for my editing in case we change wording later.
