Automated Hotel Booking System

Project Description

I need a complete online booking system for my hotel.

The hotel operates fully electronically with no front desk staff, so the entire process must be automated.

Main Requirements:
• A booking link / web page for the hotel
• Customers can:
• Select dates
• Choose room type
• Book rooms (maximum 2 rooms per booking only)
• Online payment integration with Apple Pay (and standard payment gateway)
• Once the payment is completed:
• The system automatically sends a WhatsApp message to the customer
• The message must include:
• Booking confirmation
• Booking reference number
• Hotel location (Google Maps link)
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Room number
• Room access PIN / code for self check-in
• No manual approval. Everything must be automatic.

Additional Notes:
• The system must prevent booking more than 2 rooms in a single order.
• The WhatsApp message should be sent instantly after successful payment.
• The design should be clean, simple, and mobile-friendly.
• The admin side should allow me to:
• Manage rooms
• Set prices and availability
• View bookings
