B. Auction & Classifieds System
* Ad Placement: Easy media upload (images/videos), category selection (Cars, Real Estate, Electronics, etc.), and location tagging (Moroccan cities/regions).
* Listing Types: Standard Classified Ad (Fixed Price) OR Live Auction.
* Auction Mechanics: Set starting price, minimum bid increments, and auction duration with a real-time live countdown timer.
* Real-time Push Notifications: Instant alerts when a user is outbid, when a watched auction is ending, or when a new message is received.
C. Communication & Payments
* In-App Chat System: Secure messaging between buyers and sellers to protect user privacy (eliminating the need to share personal phone numbers immediately).

* Featured Ads: Users can pay a fee to pin their ads or auctions to the top of the listings.

4. Technical Quality & Performance Standards
* Real-Time Data Sync: Bids and countdown timers must update instantly across all platforms using technologies like WebSockets.
* Security: Robust data encryption, secure password hashing, and protection against common vulnerabilities (SQL Injection, XSS).
* Localization: Complete and accurate RTL (Right-to-Left) support for Arabic, alongside LTR for English.
5. Required Deliverables from the Developer/Agency
