Arabic-English Corporate Website Development

I need a clean, responsive corporate website that presents our company in both Arabic and English. The core structure is simple—About Us, Services, and Contact Us—but each page must display seamlessly in the two languages, switching with a single click and respecting RTL layout on the Arabic side.

The text already exists in Arabic and English, A modern CMS such as WordPress or a comparable framework is fine as long as it lets my team update text and images without touching code.
