Application to register order in Cake Shop

I need a simple web-based application (attached to my WordPress site) that lets my cake-shop staff log in and register customer orders quickly and accurately. The app will run on an in-store laptop/tablet and is for internal use only—customers will not interact with it directly.

Core requirements
• Staff-only authentication: a simple login so each team member can access the system.
• Order entry form: Name, phone number, product, delivery/pickup, location.
• Order dashboard: list all open, completed and cancelled orders with the ability to update status.
• Search & filter: find orders by date, customer name or status, reports
• Basic reporting: daily and weekly summaries of items sold and total revenue.

Scope for this phase (medium budget)
1. Wireframes or mock-ups to confirm screen flow.
2. Responsive front end (React, Vue, Angular or similar—your choice).
3. Secure, lightweight back end (Node/Express, Django, Laravel, etc.) with a relational or NoSQL database.
4. Clean codebase structured so future add-ons—such as a full product catalog, online payment integration or customer-side order tracking—can be plugged in without major rewrites.
5. Deployment guide and source code in a private repo, plus a short video or document showing how to set up and use the system.
