Applicant Tracker for WordPress

I handle a large number of applicants and their documents (PDFs, Docs, Images, Videos). At the moment, I use Email and Google Drive, but Google Drive’s 15GB limit fills up very quickly.

I need a WordPress-based solution to manage this process, where:

All applicant data is centralized

Each applicant’s documents are properly assigned and stored

My employees and I can access/manage the data easily

The system is simple, secure, and only for internal use

Build a WordPress applicant management system with:

A Landing Page + Application Form (built in WordPress)

Applicants fill in details via the form

Applicants upload documents (PDF, DOCX, Images, Videos)

Data gets stored in the backend, assigned to each applicant

Employees can search, filter, and manage applicants from the WordPress admin panel

Requirements

Must be built on WordPress

Large storage solution (could be external like AWS S3, Google Cloud, Dropbox integration, or self-hosted storage like Nextcloud connected to WordPress)

Admin panel in WordPress where employees can:

View, search, and filter applicants

Manage uploaded files

Export data if needed (CSV/Excel)

Validation for uploads (only allow PDF, DOCX, JPEG/PNG, MP4)

Access restricted to me + my employees only (not public)
