Appliance Repair Scheduler
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I run a busy appliance-repair shop and I’m looking for a straightforward scheduling solution that I can open in any browser and on my Android phone. Every booking must flow straight into my Google Calendar so my technicians always have an up-to-the-minute view of their day.
Here’s how I picture the workflow:
• I—or a member of my team—opens the scheduler, enters the customer’s name, phone number, address, appliance details, and a short note describing the complaint or malfunction.
• We pick an open slot, confirm, and the job is instantly created as a Google Calendar event.
• If we need to reschedule, dragging the event to a new time inside the app should update Google Calendar automatically.
I do not need the system to send emails or SMS messages; I’ll handle customer reminders through another service. What I do need is a clean, reliable interface, tight Google Calendar API integration, and the ability to use it seamlessly on both Web and Android.
Deliverables
– Web-based scheduler with secure login
– Android-friendly UI (responsive or dedicated app)
– Two-way Google Calendar sync (create, update, cancel)
– Simple form that captures:
• Customer name & phone
• Address & appliance details
• Complaint / malfunction description
– Basic admin panel for editing or deleting appointments
Once everything is live, I’d like a quick hand-off session so I understand how to add users and adjust settings on my own.
