App & Website Feature Upgrades

I’m ready to roll out a new version of both my mobile app and its companion website, and I need your expertise to make the upgrades smooth and impactful.

On the app side, I want a clean, professional-corporate user interface, stronger security from front end to backend, and noticeable performance gains in launch time and resource use.

For the website, the focus is on streamlining navigation, putting a more intuitive content-management system in place, and ensuring every page is fully responsive across devices while matching the app’s refreshed look.

You’ll receive the current source, design assets, and staging credentials at kickoff. Please keep existing APIs intact—any schema changes must be discussed first. Incremental builds on TestFlight or a staging server, well-commented commits, and regular check-ins will keep us aligned.
