Anonymous Counseling Chat Platform
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m building “Teman Curhat,” a safe space where anyone can reach out for confidential mental-health support. The core of the platform is an anonymous, one-on-one chat that pairs a user with a qualified counselor while keeping both identities hidden.
Here’s what I need developed:
• Secure user flow: simple sign-up with no personal data stored beyond an email alias or device token.
• Encrypted real-time chat (WebSocket or similar) with text, emoji, and file support.
• Counselor dashboard to accept incoming sessions, view chat history, add private notes, and mark follow-ups.
• Basic admin panel for user moderation, counselor onboarding, and usage analytics.
• Mobile-first responsive web app; React or Flutter Web is fine, as long as performance on low-end devices is smooth.
• Backend API with authentication, rate limiting, and GDPR-compliant data retention. Node.js + Express, Django, or another mainstream framework is acceptable.
• Clean, calming UI—think muted colors, minimal distractions, and clear “End session” controls.
• Deployment scripts for a popular cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean) and brief setup documentation.
Optional but nice to keep extensible: room to add automated mood checks or a resource library later without major rewrites.
Deliver a working prototype, source code, and a short hand-off guide so I can test with volunteer counselors.
