Annuity Sales Website Build

I’m launching a consumer-facing platform whose sole purpose is to sell our annuity products to people planning for retirement. I already have product copy, rate sheets, and compliance disclosures lined up; what I need now is a responsive, conversion-focused website that turns curious visitors into policyholders while staying fully compliant with U.S. financial-service regulations.

You will handle both design and development. That includes proposing a clean visual style, building the front-end and back-end on the modern stack you’re most comfortable with (WordPress, Webflow, React, or a comparable framework), and wiring up a secure purchase or quote-request flow that can hand leads to our CRM. SEO-friendly markup, basic on-page optimisation, and Google Analytics should be baked in from day one so we can track performance immediately.

Deliverables
• Design mock-ups for the home page, product detail page, FAQ, and contact page
• Fully responsive site that loads in under three seconds on mobile
• Admin interface for updating rates and disclosures without touching code
• Encrypted forms or checkout that meet SSL standards and block spam
• Initial on-page SEO and analytics integration

Acceptance criteria
– All pages meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines
– Calls-to-action are clearly visible and work across all major browsers
– CMS updates do not break layout or styling
– Site passes a security scan before launch
