Angi-Style ListingPro Directory Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Provide quote using Listingpro.
I’ve installed the ListingPro ThemeForest package on WordPress and now need an expert who already knows its hooks, shortcodes, ads system, and front-end submission flow inside out. The project is to transform the stock theme into an Angi.com-style marketplace that connects homeowners with local plumbers, electricians, roofers, and other home-service pros.
Core objective
Visitors must be able to choose a service type, drop in a ZIP or city, and immediately see matching professionals. That means fine-tuning the default search bar, adding clear service-category icons, and ensuring the location filter uses both radius and exact-match logic so users get relevant results every time.
What I’ll hand over
• Fresh WordPress install with the latest ListingPro version already licensed and activated
• Logo, color palette, and initial category list for home services
• Hosting with cPanel access
What I need back
• Fully configured ListingPro child theme with any CSS/JS overrides neatly separated
• Custom search filters by service type and location functioning on desktop and mobile
• Streamlined listing submission form for service pros, pre-filled with home-service-specific fields
• Tested permalink and breadcrumb structure so Google can index city + service pages correctly
• Quick video or Loom walkthrough (max 5 min) showing how you achieved the filter setup and where to edit it later
Acceptance criteria
1. A visitor who enters “plumber” and “Denver” lands on a results page showing only Denver plumbers.
2. Page load for a filtered search stays under three seconds on a standard broadband connection.
3. No core theme files overwritten; updates remain safe.
Nice-to-have add-ons (mention if you can handle them, not mandatory): importing initial provider data via CSV, integrating RankMath schema, or setting up Stripe for later bookings.
If this sounds like your usual day’s work with ListingPro, let’s get started.
