Android & Web E-Commerce Platform

I need a complete e-commerce solution built simultaneously for Android (native) and the web. Shoppers must be able to browse a clean product catalogue, add items to a shopping cart, and leave public reviews once a purchase is completed. All user accounts will be created and signed-in through social media log-ins only—no separate email/password flow.

You are free to choose the most suitable tech stack, as long as the Android app feels snappy on current devices and the web version is fully responsive. A single, well-structured backend (REST or GraphQL) should power both clients so inventory, orders, and reviews stay perfectly in sync.
