Alumni Portal Redesign with Biometrics

I need an existing alumni management portal replicated with some modifications.

Core functionalities to retain:
- Alumni database
- Discussion forums
- The layout

New feature to add:
- Biometrics/Passkeys login instead of passwords

Unwanted features to remove:
- Simplify registration by reducing the number of questions asked

Ideal skills and experience:
