All-Platform Service Marketplace App

I’m building a full-featured professional marketplace that brings together three distinct verticals—freelance services, consulting services and on-demand home services—inside one cohesive product. The end goal is a single code-base driving iOS, Android and a responsive web app, all sharing the same backend, database and admin console.

Core flow
• Dual-sided accounts: providers list offers, customers browse, book and pay.
• Multiple sign-in methods are mandatory—classic email & password, social media (Google, Facebook, Apple, etc.) and phone number with OTP.
• Real-time availability, location (for home services), in-app chat, push notifications and a multi-currency payment gateway round out the feature set.

Tech preferences
I’m open to Flutter, React Native or separate native builds as long as the UX feels identical across platforms and the web version stays lightweight. The backend can be Node, Django or Laravel, but must expose clean REST or GraphQL endpoints and be deployable to AWS or GCP.

Deliverables
1. Source code for mobile apps (iOS & Android) and web front-end
2. Scalable backend with API documentation
3. Admin dashboard for user, listing and transaction management
4. Payment integration (Stripe or similar) + payout module
5. Basic CI/CD pipelines and deployment scripts
6. Post-launch support window for bug fixes

Acceptance criteria
• All three login options function and persist sessions securely.
• Listings can be created, purchased, reviewed and completed across all three service categories.
• A single user database is shared by mobile and web clients.
• Build passes App Store & Play Store review guidelines and Web Core Vitals.
