Airbnb-Style Booking Website Build
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m ready to launch a full-featured vacation-rental platform that serves both hosts and guests. The site should mirror the core flow of Airbnb while being lightweight enough for future scaling.
Key objectives
• Dual-audience focus: intuitive onboarding and engagement for hosts as well as guests.
• Clean, modern UI that works seamlessly on mobile and desktop.
• Secure, future-proof architecture (Laravel, Django, React, or a comparable modern stack—open to your recommendation).
Host dashboard must include
1. Property management tools for adding, editing, and archiving listings (photos, descriptions, amenities).
2. A visual booking calendar showing reservations and availability.
3. Payment management to view payouts, fees, and transaction history.
Guest dashboard must include
1. Robust search with filters (location, dates, price, amenities).
2. Booking history with status updates and receipts.
3. Secure payment options, ideally with a trusted gateway such as Stripe or PayPal.
Additional expectations
• Responsive design and basic SEO best practices baked in.
• Admin panel for user management, listing approvals, and dispute resolution.
• Clear documentation so I can manage content and settings after handover.
• Staging environment for testing before final deployment.
Deliverables
– Fully functional website deployed to my hosting provider.
To get more into detail:
I currently own the domain name called savyonview.com. This is the name of a very famous bulding in jerusalem. 70% of the 200 appartements are rented in airbnb. I would like to offer all the owners the ability to post their appartment in my website, manage their property, set rental price on a calendar, put picture, accept request and so on...
on the other side, I would like to let renters search the website fo availalable dates, type of appartment and make a booking request that the owner will find in is admin panel.
Come other programmer started the project but did not finish it. I have no idea what he used. You can take it from there or start from scratch which i maybe recommend.
programmer should have already done a similar airbnb project.
