Property investors often rely on spreadsheets, emails and disparate accounts to monitor a portfolio. Accounting firms spend significant time reconciling bank statements, rental income, loans and receipts before preparing tax returns. The goal of this project is to create a webbased platform that allows clients to manage residential or commercial property portfolios under multiple ownership structures (individual, trust, SMSF or company) and generate taxready statements for accountants. The system should later serve mortgage brokers and financial planners but Phase 1 will focus on investor and accountant needs
