To keep costs down I’m happy with an MVP approach, but there are three essentials I cannot compromise on:

• Betting focus: Sports only—no casino or e-sports modules.
• Odds management: I’ll start by entering odds manually from an admin panel, yet I’d like the codebase structured so a real-time odds API can be plugged in later without a rewrite.
• Authentication: Sign-up and log-in must work via phone number (OTP flow).
