Affiliate Image share

I have a React project, I'm storing the profile images there. Now I want to add a link like "www.facebook.com" inside the image and then download that image. So when I share that downloaded image and upload it on my other website. so if someone clicks on that image it will redirect me to the URL that I have added inside the image.

Before submitting the proposal, make sure to study everything and come up with a good solution and one sample. Thankyou
