Aerospace Resource Website Development
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a clean, fast-loading website dedicated to aerospace engineering resources. The entire build revolves around making research papers, technical articles, and curated industry news easy to access, browse, and read on any device.
Content and structure
The core pages will house PDF or HTML versions of research papers, a regularly updated news feed, and an archive that can be filtered by topic, date, or author. An intuitive category system is essential so visitors can quickly drill down to propulsion, aerodynamics, materials, or any other specialty.
Technical expectations
A modern, secure CMS (WordPress, Statamic, or a lightweight custom solution) is fine as long as you implement:
• Responsive layout with clear typography for long-form reading
• Simple upload workflow for new papers and news posts
• Robust tagging, sorting, and pagination so the library never feels cluttered
• SEO-ready markup (schema for scholarly articles and news)
• SSL and basic performance optimisation (lazy-loading, caching)
Deliverables
1. Fully deployed site on my hosting account
2. Admin guide showing how to add papers and news items
3. Source files/theme or repository with clear commit history
I will supply the initial batch of PDFs and news copy; design assets should come from you. Launch is flexible but I’d like a working prototype within two weeks so we can iterate on user experience before publication.
