Advanced eCommerce Website Redesign

Redesigning our website and building out an advanced online ordering experience.
Our current website is www.vocapromo.com
The 3D/Virtual proofing tools I like are similar to these 2 websites:
1) https://cfdfpromo.deco-apparel.com/create/Men?c=8404311 (if you go through the process of choosing an item and uploading a logo, the software/tool generates your logo and its corresponding accurate PANTONE colors or thread colors if you're doing an embroidery) and you can adjust and position the logo to SCALE accordingly an each item.
2) https://www.canvaschamp.ca/pillow-tool
The goal is to allow clients to customize products directly on the site (upload logos on products in our product catalog, adjust colors/placement to scale on each item and view a realistic 3D proof before checkout), while also giving us the flexibility to easily add and manage items on the backend.

The goal is to allow clients to customize products directly on the site (upload logos, adjust colors/placement and view a realistic 3D proof before checkout), while also giving us the flexibility to easily add and manage items on the backend.
I would be open to structure this as a partnership, but this will depend on the individual chosen to do the job and if they are interested, but it would be something like instead of a traditional upfront fee, I’m proposing a revenue-share model where you would receive a percentage of all online sales (something in the range of 15-20%) until you’ve recouped your initial project value.
After that, we could shift to a smaller ongoing percentage as an incentive to stay involved and maintain and continue improving the platform long-term as part of VOCA Marketing.
