Advanced WordPress Form Automation

I'm looking for a skilled WordPress developer to create an advanced form management system with specific administrative controls.

Key Requirements:
- Administrator can toggle entry status: Received, In Process, Accepted, Refused.
- Status Change Triggers:
- "In Process": Email sent with PDF attachment. PDF to include:
- Additional instructions
- Signature
- Date
- Unique ID
- Reason for rejection
- Detail of rejection
- Logo
- "Accepted": Admin fills fields to create a PDF for the customer. A second email is sent to another email showing the payment amount and details for a cheque to be produce. This second email must only be sent once even if we toggle between approved and reject.
- "Refused": Admin fills fields to generate an email with PDF attachment for the customer. A second email is not sent.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in WordPress form plugins (e.g., WPForms).
- Experience in PDF generation and email automation in WordPress.
- Knowledge of custom field creation and conditional logic.
