Advanced MCQ Test Platform

I need an online platform focused exclusively on multiple-choice assessments. From an administrator’s dashboard I want to build tests by pulling items from a reusable question bank, set time limits, and let the system randomize the question order for every attempt.

After each session the platform must generate a rich analytics report that includes:
• Score breakdown by individual question
• Total time spent on every question
• Extra insight that separates time spent on correct answers from time spent on incorrect ones
• A comparison of the candidate’s score against the running average of all completed attempts

A clean web interface for both administrators and test-takers is essential. Please structure your code so adding new report widgets or importing bulk questions (CSV/Excel) will be straightforward later.
