Advanced Interactive Property Map
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a web experience that mirrors the interactive sitemap on https://www.vitriapartments.com/interactivesitemap?utm_knock=gmb. The same fluid SVG zooms, building highlights, unit pop-ups, and motion effects must be recreated, but the site must also let me keep everything current without touching code.
Technology & stack
• The core of the map must be built in HTML5 with SVG so it scales sharply and loads quickly on all devices.
• Behind it, I want a lightweight custom CMS—something purpose-built rather than WordPress or Drupal—so I can sign in, search for a unit, and update pricing, status, tool-tip text, or imagery in seconds.
User interactions
• Click to view full unit details in a slide-in or modal.
• Hover (or tap-and-hold on mobile) for an at-a-glance summary.
What I need from you
1. A fully functioning front-end that reproduces the Vitri Apartments map, pixel precision included.
2. An admin interface where I can:
– Upload or replace the SVG map layers.
– Edit attributes (price, status, floor plan link, etc.) through simple form fields.
– Instantly see the change on the live site.
3. Clear documentation or a short screen-share walkthrough showing me exactly how to use and extend the CMS.
Preference is for clean, modern code—vanilla JS or a lightweight framework is fine as long as performance stays high. Please outline any libraries you plan to use, how data will be stored (JSON, database, or hybrid), and how you’ll keep the SVG editable long-term. I’m open to suggestions that improve maintainability as long as the finished product looks and feels exactly like the reference site.
