Advanced Freshservice Developer for SLAs & Reports

I'm seeking a seasoned Freshservice developer to support me in implementing a range of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and creating customized reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Response Time SLAs, Resolution Time SLAs, and Escalation SLAs within Freshservice.
- Develop bespoke Service Level Agreement reports to help us monitor and improve our service delivery standards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience with Freshservice and a strong understanding of its SLA framework.
- Proficiency in designing and generating custom reports, particularly SLA reports.
- Strong communication skills to ensure that our team can understand and utilize the reports effectively.
