Adult Directory Website Development

I'm seeking a skilled web developer to create an adult listing directory website. The site should include user messaging capabilities and a subscription payment system to manage membership levels. Ability for users to manage profiles etc. Ideal candidates should have experience in building similar platforms. Figma designs and pages can be provided to follow and use as guidelines, so everything can be provided on request, I would just need everything to be developed and put together. Please provide examples of previous work related to directory websites if available. I can provide examples when communicating further.

I have limited income so I'm hoping to get someone that is willing to work on this on a limited budget which should be negotiable.

Ideally I would have wanted to use Wordpress so that the site can be easily managed by someone that doesn't have coding knowledge but the problem is using Wordpress plugins and themes have limitations, unless you are good and customising themes and plugins then that can be an option.

There is no specific deadline so you can suggest timelines that might take you to work on this project.
