Admin-Focused Job Portal

I’m starting with a streamlined job-application portal where the only active role, for now, is the Admin. My immediate goal is to have a clean, secure back-office that gives me deep insight into everything happening on the site.

Core requirements
• Admin authentication and role-based access control
• Real-time and historical analytics: number of applications, job views, source traffic, conversion rates
• Customisable reporting dashboard with filters (date, position, location) and export to CSV/PDF
• Scalable architecture so I can bolt on job-seeker and employer interfaces later without rewriting the core

Tech is your call—Laravel, Django, Node, or a modern stack that can grow—but the code should be well-documented and ready for hand-off.

Deliverables
1. Deployed web app (staging + production)
2. Source code in Git with clear README
3. Brief hand-over video or call walking through the analytics dashboard

Acceptance criteria
• Admin can log in/out securely
• All specified metrics display accurately and update in near real-time
• Reports export correctly in CSV and PDF
• Code passes linting/tests and installs with one command
