Additional Web Page Development for Vocation Transition focused Institute
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hello,
I'm looking for an experienced web developer/designer to add two new pages to my existing live website for our educational/training institute.
Project Scope (both pages):
Fully responsive design that matches the current site's style, colors, fonts, header, footer, and navigation
Clean, modern, professional look suitable for an institute/educational organization
Mobile-friendly and fast-loading
SEO-friendly structure (proper headings, alt text on images, semantic HTML where applicable)
Easy for me to edit/update content later (using the existing CMS/editor if WordPress, or simple instructions if custom HTML/CSS)
Page 1 – "What Makes Our Institute Distinctive"
I have the full text content already written (about 800–1200 words + some bullet points)
I will provide the content in a Word/Google Doc
Desired layout: Hero/intro section → key differentiators (perhaps cards, icons, or numbered sections) → supporting details → possible call-to-action
Include space for 4–8 images/icons (I can supply or you can suggest placeholders/stock)
Page 2 – "Resources"
This will be a curated list/collection of helpful resources (articles, guides, tools, videos, downloadable PDFs, external links, etc.)
I have a clear suggested format/structure already outlined (e.g., categorized sections, cards/grid layout, searchable/filterable if feasible, or simple accordion/tabs)
I will provide the outline/format description + initial list of resources (titles, descriptions, links/thumbnails)
Goal: Make it easy for visitors to browse and for me to add new resources later
What I Will Provide:
Live website URL (once NDA or after initial chat if preferred)
Access to the site backend (WordPress admin, FTP, etc.)
All written content and suggested layouts/formats
Branding guidelines (colors, fonts, logo files) if not already obvious from the current site
Any required images or placeholders
Requirements for You:
Strong experience with [WordPress / Elementor / custom HTML/CSS/JS — specify your platform if known; otherwise say "the current platform" or "modern web technologies"]
Portfolio examples of similar work (clean institutional/educational/about pages, resource/list pages)
Good communication and ability to work from provided content/layouts
Attention to detail so the new pages feel like a natural extension of the existing site
Timeline & Budget:
Preferred completion: 5–10 days after content/handover (flexible for the right freelancer)
Budget: $100–$200 per page, fixed price (please bid realistically based on scope — happy to discuss after seeing your proposal)
Milestones: 50% after design approval, 50% after final testing & handover
If you're interested, please include in your proposal:
A brief note confirming you understand the scope
Links to 1–3 relevant past projects (especially educational/non-profit/about or resource pages)
Your estimated timeline and fixed-price bid
Any clarifying questions
Looking forward to working with a reliable professional who can deliver polished, matching pages quickly.
Thanks!
Christopher
