Add Policies & Consent Boxes

I run a corporate website and need to ensure all of our phone-call enquiry forms meet compliance standards. I already have the full text for both the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions; what’s missing is the practical integration.

There are separate places on the site where visitors can request a call. On each of those forms I want:

• A clearly labelled checkbox that states the visitor gives explicit consent.
• Validation that prevents submission unless the box is ticked.

I also need to add a terms and conditions page along with a privacy policy if I don't have one

Please keep the current layout untouched, match the site’s styling, and test all three forms to confirm the data still routes to our CRM exactly as it does now.

Once everything is live, a brief note outlining the code changes will be enough for my records.
