Add Clock Wheel feature to (Azura Cast - Internet Radio Software) ** Project has tight budget

Intro:

I have a open source web - internet based radio automation software called Azura Cast (Internet radio automation software) that allows anyone to run an internet radio station in both icecast and shoutcast. The radio software has a web based admin (backend) to manage radio stations along with the music, radio shows, schedules, playlists and more.

I run an internet radio station called Eternity Ready Radio, we have a christian - community focused radio format!

Project Summary and Requirements:

In this project you will add a feature called Clockwheels.

Clockwheels are a group of playlists that are played in a specified order in a wheel. For example, I would play a top of the hour station ID, a song, another station ID, a song, and so on. This project has a flexible deadline but prefer max of 3 weeks or less.

Here is an example of how clock wheels could look like:

There are other playlist templates like "clocks" in other radio automation systems. By using this feature, user can create a clock template for each hour that contains playlists. Like this:

1st item -> TOH playlist
2nd item -> A song from a playlist
3rd item -> A jingle from jingle playlist
4th item -> A song from a playlist

Azura Cast could calculate the mean duration of a song in a playlist from total duration. So total duration of a clock could be calculated.

You will do this in back-end of azura cast and it must work on the live stream of my radio station.

Tech Stack of Azura Cast - Project:

Azura Cast uses a PHP Slim back-end and vue.js front-end. There is also small % of type script. Azura Cast runs inside a docker container (image). Also Nginx, Mariah DB, cron, php-fpm, php-worker, php-nowplaying, redis ans SFTP all runs inside the same docker image (container) with the azura cast software.

I got a dev server - vps running the development of azura cast.

My company is called Eternity Ready, a free christian - family friendly tv and radio streaming media provider. We are christian - family - community based. We still may be in a start up phase and new kid on block. We do not have much profits - income yet.

Our project Budget:

The project budget is tight - limited with a lowt cap of $60. We can not pay more than $60 on this project. We ask that you be flexible and agree to the budget, if you choose to be hired.
