AdSense-Ready Mixed-Use Website

I need a complete website built from the ground up with one clear objective: it must be indexed by Google and pass the Google AdSense approval review. After that, the site will also support other commercial goals, so the build has to balance quality content with solid e-commerce capability.

Scope and focus
• Primary purpose: Mixed-use—strong informational sections alongside areas that can sell or showcase products.
• Content mix: Both long-form articles/blog posts and product descriptions, each 100 % unique and written with search intent in mind.
• Site format: I’m not fixed on “blog”, “informational” or “e-commerce”; choose whichever structure (WordPress, Shopify, custom CMS, etc.) helps us clear AdSense fastest while leaving room for future sales integrations.

What you’ll handle
– Domain and hosting setup guidance if needed
– Clean, responsive design with fast load times
– On-page SEO (schema, meta tags, internal linking) so Google indexes pages quickly
– AdSense-compliant policy pages (Privacy, Terms, About, Contact)
– Submission to Google Search Console and any troubleshooting until every page is properly indexed
– AdSense application, code placement and resubmission support until approval is secured

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
1. Live website accessible on its own domain, mobile-friendly and SSL-secured
2. At least one dozen well-researched articles plus a meaningful batch of product pages, all Copyscape-clean
3. Google Search Console screenshot showing successful indexing
4. Confirmation email or dashboard capture proving AdSense approval
5. Admin credentials and a short video or PDF walk-through so I can update content myself
