Academy Student Registration Website

I’m building a booking site for K Beauty Academy whose sole focus, at this stage, is student registration. When a prospective learner signs up, the form must let them pick one or more courses right away, and each course needs its own page with a clear, well-formatted description (syllabus outline, duration, start dates, prerequisites, and images).

Payment handling and profile-building can come later, so please keep the code flexible but don’t surface those steps in the current flow. A clean dashboard that lets me add, edit, or archive courses without touching code is essential, and I’d like the registration data exported in CSV as well as viewable online.
