Academic Hospital Management System Build

Job ID: 40209823

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m working on a college assignment that requires a fully-functional Hospital Management System, and I’d like an experienced developer to code it end-to-end for me. My current stack preference is Java (JSP/Servlet) with a MySQL back-end, but if you know a more suitable, equally portable web technology I’m open to hearing why it would be a better fit.

The application must revolve around solid data management. That means every piece of information—patients, doctors, appointments, billing, and records—needs to persist reliably in the database and be easy to retrieve through search, filters, and reports.

Role-based logins are compulsory for Admin, Doctor, and Patient. Each role should see a tailored dashboard that exposes only the actions relevant to that user type.

To keep the scope crystal-clear, here’s what I need delivered:

• Patient registration and profile management, including complete medical history and ongoing treatment records
• Doctor management with scheduling, specialisation, and availability settings
• Appointment booking (OPD/IPD) that respects doctor schedules and room beds
• Integrated billing module that auto-pulls services, medicines, and stays into printable invoices
• Secure electronic medical records storage with role-appropriate access
• Admin dashboard to oversee users, departments, inventory, and finance summaries
• Dynamic reporting (daily collections, patient census, doctor workload, etc.) with export to PDF/Excel
• Separate Doctor and Patient portals for updating notes, viewing prescriptions, and checking visit history

Please include a short README and a SQL dump for easy setup, and comment your code so I can explain it during my viva. If you propose an alternate tech stack, outline exactly how it will still meet every point above and remain simple enough for me to demonstrate in class.

Looking forward to seeing how you’ll bring this project to life.
