Academic Grade Update Module

I need to add a dedicated ethical hacker can log in and enter academic grades directly online. At the moment the site is live but the results section is static, so every change requires manual code edits. I’d like this job to replace that process with a secure web-based form that authorised teachers can fill out any time.

Core needs
• A password-protected teacher area (one shared credential or separate log-ins—whichever is faster to deploy)
• A clean input form where teachers can select class, subject, student and type in marks or grades
• Instant write-back to the database so updates go live right away on the student results page
• Basic validation to stop empty or out-of-range entries and an edit function in case a teacher makes a mistake
• Simple front-end display for students/parents that automatically reflects the latest data

Acceptance criteria
1. I can reach a /teacher (or similar) URL, sign in, and see only the grade entry form.
2. Submitting the form refreshes the public results page without a page-reload workaround or caching delay.
3. All common browsers on desktop and mobile handle the form without layout issues.
4. You provide a short README explaining where in the code to adjust subjects, classes or add new teachers.

Use whatever stack works best—PHP-MySQL, Laravel, Node-Mongo, WordPress plugin, etc.—as long as it integrates smoothly with the current hosting (standard LAMP shared host). If you need server access details, I’ll supply them once we start.

I’d like to see this running on a staging link first, then deployed to production after sign-off.
