Basic Website Development

I need a developer to create and host a website on my AWS EC2 instance.

Key requirements:
- Experience with AWS services, especially EC2.
- Proficiency in web development
- Ability to implement required functionalities (user login, payment gateway, blog section).
- Design skills are must
