ATS CV Builder and checker Website

I need a lean, functional website that helps job seekers create an Applicant Tracking System-friendly resume and instantly check how well it will parse.
Core requirements
• Website to build ATS CV
• Page to check how many the uploaded Cv matching ATS standards.
• After checking you can pay to build ATS cv
All should be link with AI
• I prefer the website contain certain form to let customer write then get the ATS resume
• Also customer can add old cv and we tranfer it to ATS system
The cv should be not on our cv for long
• Simple, modern UI: Clean, responsive pages that work on desktop and mobile. A single dashboard is enough for this first release.
• Tech stack is flexible—feel free to suggest the quickest path (e.g., React + Node, Django, or similar) as long as setup instructions are clear and the code is easy to maintain.
• Deliverables: source code, short deployment guide, and a live demo link or video walk-through proving the builder and ATS check work.
