ASP.NET website hosted on Windows IIS

Thumbnails are generated by the code, but the image files do NOT appear in the target folder.

This is likely related to:
- physical save path (MapPath / wwwroot)
- IIS write permissions (IIS_IUSRS)
- thumbnails generated in memory but not written to disk

IMPORTANT:
The work must be done remotely on my PC via AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
No hourly work. No local setup. No code download.
