Project Context & Business Overview
Hive Wealth Co is a premium Australian property wealth advisory firm. We are not a standard mortgage brokerage or real estate agency. We integrate two specialist divisions under one roof:
Hive Lending (complex finance structuring and mortgage broking)
Hive Acquire (data-driven buyers advocacy and property acquisition)
Our clients are high-income professionals, established investors, and successful business owners who want to build long-term, multi-property portfolios. They are time-poor and value strategic, integrated advice over transactional sales pitches. The problem we solve is that most investors waste time bridging the gap between their mortgage broker and their real estate agent. We solve this by providing a unified, end-to-end advisory service.
The Goal of This Project
We are rebuilding our website (currently at hivewealthco.com.au) onto Webflow. The primary goal of the new site is lead generation — specifically, converting high-net-worth visitors into booked "Strategy Calls" via a Calendly integration.
The new site must feel premium, authoritative, and trustworthy — similar in aesthetic to a high-end financial advisory, private wealth management firm, or boutique architectural studio. It needs to look expensive but highly functional.
Brand Identity & Design Language
We have an established brand identity that we want to preserve and elevate:
Primary Accent Colour: Vibrant Yellow-Gold (#FFC802) — used for primary CTAs and key highlights.
Primary Dark Colour: Deep Charcoal/Slate (#282F3B) — used for headings, footers, and dark hero sections.
Backgrounds: Clean White (#FFFFFF) and Light Grey (#F5F5F5) for a minimal, uncluttered feel.
Typography: We currently use Figtree for headings (bold, authoritative) and Inter for body text (clean, highly legible).
What to Avoid: No generic stock photos of people shaking hands, no cartoonish illustrations, and no literal "bee" or "honeycomb" imagery despite the name "Hive." We prefer architectural lines, abstract geometry, and premium lifestyle/property imagery.
What We Need From You
We have already mapped out the complete site structure, copy, and section-by-section wireframes (which will be provided upon hiring). We need you to:
Design Translation: Take our provided wireframe structure and brand guidelines and design a high-converting, visually stunning UI.
Webflow Development: Build the site cleanly in Webflow, ensuring perfect mobile responsiveness across all breakpoints.
CMS Setup: Configure Webflow CMS for our Blog/Insights, Case Studies, and Team Members.
Subtle Interactions: Add professional, non-gimmicky animations (e.g., fade-ups on scroll, smooth button hovers) to make the site feel premium.
We are looking for a designer who understands how to build trust through typography, whitespace, and clean layouts, and who knows how to design for conversion.
