static html page changes

1. in navbar, there is category link, on hover, it shows category icons which are incorrect. i have correct icons. but i am not sure as how to give this dropdown an awesome look

2. hover over browse, manage, and keep mouse over its dropdown and scroll down, does dropdown move? that is wrong

3. navbar bottom not looking correct, attached is the correct one, i also have correct html and css

4. in mobile menu change navbar. I have suggestion
