I need a simple Blog

I’m building a clean, content-first site about making money online and need a blog designer who can handle the entire setup my budget is $16 only.

Here’s exactly what has to be in place for me to sign off:

• Spin up a fresh WordPress install on a new hosting account (please guide me through the host sign-up and show me where to find the dashboard, themes and file manager so I can access the source code later).
• Apply a free, lightweight minimalist theme, tweak the palette and typography for a crisp, uncluttered look, and confirm everything is fully responsive.
• Configure the homepage to surface Latest Articles and Popular Posts so visitors land on dynamic, up-to-date content the moment they arrive.
• Drop in one sample article so I can review layout, spacing and ad-placement zones.
• Leave clear, step-by-step notes showing how to publish new posts, add scripts or ad codes and make simple visual changes.

Once those items are delivered and working, the project is done. If you’re comfortable completing this within the stated budget let’s get started.
