I need a brand-new website built from the ground up and I’m starting with a blank slate. While I don’t have an existing design, the look and feel must be modern, clean and minimalist—ample white space, intuitive navigation, and typography that does the talking without heavy graphics.
Collaboration on the visual direction is key. I’ll share my content goals and reference sites I admire, then rely on you to translate that into wireframes, a polished UI, and a fully responsive build. I’m flexible on the tech stack—WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight custom solution are all on the table—as long as the final site loads quickly, is easy for me to update, and follows best practices for accessibility and SEO.
Deliverables
• Mood board and low-fi wireframes to confirm the aesthetic
• High-fidelity mock-ups for all key pages
• Responsive development of the approved designs
• Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta, alt text)
• Handover with documentation or a quick walkthrough so I can manage content going forward
If a CMS is used, please install essential security and caching plugins and set up a staging environment during development. A concise timeline and examples of past minimalist work will help me green-light the project quickly.
