ilawashington.com Modern Site Overhaul

I need my current site, ilawashington.com, taken from its dated look and functionality to a fresh, modern-and-sleek experience. You’ll work exclusively on my staging server first; once everything is signed off, you’ll migrate the finished code to the live environment so the public sees a seamless cut-over with zero downtime.

Scope
• Redesign every public-facing page so the look is clean, responsive and contemporary, while preserving existing content and URLs where possible.
• Integrate PayPal – specifically the “Pay Later” option – into the checkout flow and confirm transactions post-migration.
• Optimise load times, fix any legacy bugs you uncover, and make sure security best practices are in place before we go live.

Deliverable
A fully functional production site running on ilawashington.com that mirrors the approved build on my test server in design, features and performance.

I’ll supply credentials for both servers and stay available for quick feedback. Once live, I’d like a brief hand-off document noting key changes or new dependencies.
