hello we need a improofment of a joomla homepage (design). to look good and make a good first impression

I'm looking for someone to help improve the design of a homepage built on Joomla. I'm open to the designer's suggestions on the overall look and feel, but my desired outcome is to have an aesthetically pleasing design that makes a good first impression from a branding standpoint.
