I’m looking for a web developer who can create a small, custom-designed portfolio site that cleanly showcases who I am and what I do.

Scope
• Build a one-page responsive website focused on a well-crafted “About Me” section.
• Design the visual style from scratch—colour palette, typography, and layout—so the page feels personal and professional.
• Implement smooth scrolling and subtle animations for a polished look.

Technical notes
• Clean, semantic HTML5, modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid), and lightweight JavaScript only where it adds value.
• Optimise for fast load times and cross-browser consistency.
• Source files delivered in a neatly organised structure ready for easy updates.

Optional future work may include adding project showcases or a contact form, so please keep the code modular enough to expand later.
