Year-Long Ecommerce Site Design

I’m looking for a designer who can partner with me for a full year to shape, refine and continuously improve a brand-new e-commerce website. The core build will launch with essentials—clean product catalogues, robust payment-gateway integration, customer account creation and a built-in product-review system—but I also want ongoing UX tweaks, seasonal landing pages and conversion-rate experiments throughout the year, so this is not a one-off portfolio or blog design exercise.

Here’s what I’d like to see in your proposal:
• A step-by-step outline of how you’ll tackle the initial build, the first three months of optimisation, and the follow-up enhancement cycles.
• The design and development stack you prefer (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom React + headless CMS, etc.) and why it fits.
• Examples of previous e-commerce sites you have launched that include reviews, secure checkout and user accounts—links and quick performance metrics welcome.
• A timeline that shows major milestones and how you’ll keep momentum for the full twelve months.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Fully responsive e-commerce site, live and transaction-ready.
2. Integration of product reviews, payment gateway and customer log-in/registration.
3. Monthly performance and UX reports with actionable recommendations.
4. Scheduled design iterations and feature roll-outs agreed in advance.
