Xpertus Decision Website Rebuild

XPERTUS DECISION WEBSITE
I have a very small site (https://decide.xpertus.com/) that was thrown together in a hurry. It is standalone. It is hosted by Hostinger.
Instead of patch-fixing it, I now want a clean rebuild that matches the look, timing, and slide-to-slide sequence shown in the attached PPTX.
You may code the page directly in vanilla HTML5 and an external styles.css, or, if you find it faster, spin it up in WordPress. Either approach is fine as long as the end result mirrors the PPTX. You may propose new colors, and a new layout.
You are required to install it so that it runs on our website, so we can go live.
Key points
• Single, lightweight page—no frameworks unless they are absolutely necessary for the animations in the deck.
• Recreate every transition and delay shown when the PPTX is run as a slideshow.
• Keep the markup tidy and well-commented so my team can tweak copy later.
• Copy the necessary files to our website, and make sure it runs well.
Ready within 24 hours so I can review and go live.
The budget is tight; we can offer only $15.00 for this job.
The scope is equally tight; if you know your way around, this should be a quick win.
