WordPress Website Rapid Revamp

My current WordPress site is stuck in the past. I need it refreshed quickly with up-to-date copy and several new sections so customers find information fast and stay engaged.

Top priority is a new FAQ area built with an expandable question/answer format; it should sit prominently and be easy for me to edit later.

Alongside that, I want the following upgrades rolled into the redesign:

• Contact form and dedicated Testimonials area
• Instant Quote form for shipments
• Revised freight-tracking bar that blends cleanly with the new look
• Modernised About page plus a “Why Express Cargo” highlight strip that clearly states our edge
• Updated Services overview reflecting our current offerings
• Resources / Downloads made visible and easy to grab

All work must be done inside WordPress (no platform switch), keeping existing branding colours and logos intact while giving the layout a fresh, responsive feel. Please optimise for load speed, tidy up outdated plugins, and leave me with clear instructions so I can edit text or add FAQs myself in the future.
