WordPress Website Face-Lift (Design Improvement)

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress web designer to give an existing educational website a visual face-lift while keeping all current functionality and plugins fully intact.

The website is already built and functional. This project is purely design-focused, not a rebuild or redevelopment. The objective is to improve the site’s overall look and feel, making it more professional, engaging, and visually appealing, with a design that primarily targets academic staff and students.

Scope of Work – Pages/Sections to Improve:
- Home Page
- Forum
- Programs page
- Sign-up / Login
- FAQ
- Contact
- About Us
- Header & Footer

The new design should be clean, modern, and academic-friendly, with:
- Clear and intuitive navigation
- Consistent typography, colours, and button styles across all pages
- No heavy or distracting animations
- Full responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile

Key Requirements:
- Preserve all existing WordPress functionality and plugins
- Improve visual presentation and user experience
- Experience with educational or academic websites is a plus
